The Electrical Engineering Department at GF's Godavari College of Engineering, Jalgaon, actively engages students through a series of technical workshops aimed at fostering innovation and hands-on learning. Recently, in collaboration with the Institute Innovation Council (IIC) and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), the department successfully conducted a two-day workshop on "Innovative Project Development" on October 24-25. The event featured expert trainers, Mr. Nilesh Wagh and Mr. Rajesh Thakare from Electrosoft System Pune, providing students with real-world project development insights.
Continuing the commitment to technical excellence, a One-Week MATLAB Workshop was organized from March 11 to March 15, 2024, specifically designed for second and third-year Electrical Engineering students. Led by Prof. Amit Mhaskar (GF's GCOE, Jalgaon), the workshop covered various essential aspects of MATLAB, equipping students with practical computational skills.
Additionally, the department hosted a Two-Day Workshop on "Basics of IoT and Sensors" on October 9-10, 2023. The sessions were conducted by Prof. Mahesh Patil (Head of Electrical Engineering Department, GF's GCOE) and Prof. Nemichand Saini (Electrical Engineering Department, GF's GCOE), offering students a deep dive into IoT fundamentals and sensor technology.
