1.     The competition will consist of CAD tasks 2D drafting given on the spot

2.     All dimensions, specifications, and instructions provided in the problem statement must be strictly followed.

Round 2

1.     Successfully Compile And Execute The drawing Within 30 Min

2.     Evaluation will be based on accuracy, proper use of commands, completion time, and presentation of the drawing/model

3.     Judges’ decision will be final

Battle of Brains

Round - 1 :- Aptitude Arena
Total Questions:- 30 questions Time limit = 30 mins

Marking Scheme-1 Mark for each question Total Marks = 30 marks

Passing Criteria = First 25 students

Round - 2:- Distorted Image

Eligibility:- Only for round-1 qualifiers

Total distorted images:- 20 images for all students Time limited = 20 min (20 marks)

Passing Criteria:- First 10 students

Round 3 - Video Detective.

Total Videos:- 5 videos (1 min each). Time limit:- 2 min per video

5 questions per video

Each question carries 2 marks

Passing Criteria:- First 2 students will be the winner of this competition, "Battle of Brains"

Formula Fun

 General Rules & Regulations

1.     Participation: The competition consists of two mandatory rounds for finalists.

6.     The organizers reserve the right to modify rules mid-competition if an unforeseen situation arises to ensure a fair winner is decided.

Round 1: The Qualifier (The Sprint)

·               Total Questions: 10 Word-Problem/Puzzle-type Equations.

·               Marking Scheme: Each equation carries 2 Marks.

Round 1: Business Idea Pitch

Round Format

1. Participants present their idea in 3–4 minutes

2.     Idea must include problem, solution, and target audience

3.     Basic explanation of product/service and business concept

4. Judges may ask 1–2 questions after the pitch

5. Shortlisting for Round 2 based on innovation, clarity, and feasibility

Round 2: Shark Tank Final Pitch

Objective Shortlisted participants must convince the judges (Sharks) to “invest” in their idea through a detailed presentation.

•               5 minutes detailed pitch presentation

•               Explanation of business model and market potential

•               Judges will ask questions related to feasibility and scalability

•               Participants must defend and justify their idea confidently

•               Final winners will be selected based on innovation, presentation,

          feasibility, and impact.

FREE FIRE     Match Format: Custom Room (Battle Royale) Registration:

1.     Teams must register and submit player IDs before the deadline. Room Information:

2.     Room ID and Password will be provided 15 minutes before each match. Team Size: Each team must consist of exactly 4 players.

3.     Map Selection: Maps will be randomly selected from Bermuda, Kalahari, or Purgatory. Match Time: Each match will start as soon as all teams are in the custom room.

4.     Late Arrival: Teams must enter the room within 5 minutes of the ID & password being shared. Late arrivals may be disqualified.

*Disconnection:

If a player disconnects, they must rejoin immediately. If a whole team disconnects, they may forfeit that match.

BGMI........... BGMI (PUBG) Rules.

1.     Device Restriction: Strictly mobile phones only. Tablets, iPads, or emulators (laptop/desktop) are prohibited.

2.     Third-Party Software: Use of aim-bots, speed-bots, or unauthorized apps is forbidden and leads to immediate disqualification.

3.     Conduct and Communication: Inappropriate language, insults, verbal abuse, or flooding in-game chats is prohibited

4.     Teaming/Cheating: Intentional teaming up with other squads (outside permitted game modes) or exploiting bugs/glitches is prohibited.

Pandit Deedayal Upadhyay Employment Fair in 2025

Pandit Deedayal Upadhyay Employment Fair  was successfully completed at Godavari Engineering College Jalgaon!

The On July 3, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Employment Fair was held with a grand enthusiasm in association with District
Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center, Jalgaon and Godavari Engineering College, Jalgaon.

 Venue: Godavari Engineering College, P-1, M Sector, Additional MIDC, Bhusawal Road, Jalgaon

 Time: 1.5 in the morning to 5pm

The fair companies provided employment opportunities through "On Sport Job Interview" and provided employment skills
training opportunities.

A large number of young men and women participated in this employment fair and took the first step towards a bright career.

 A heartfelt congratulations to all who are cooperating for this successful initiative!

Induction Program

Inauguration of Induction Program for First-Year Engineering Students at GF's Godavari College of Engineering

On 22nd September 2025, the Induction Program for the newly admitted first-year engineering students at Godavari College of Engineering, Jalgaon began in an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and inspiration. The program commenced with Saraswati Poojan and lamp lighting, invoking the blessings of the Goddess of Knowledge. This was followed by the felicitation of the dignitaries.

The program was graced by the presence of  Prof Jacinth Dhaya (Vice Principal, Godavari College of Nursing) and  Prof Ashwini Vaidya (Head of Mental Health Nursing Department, Godavari College of Nursing) as the Chief Guests. All the Deans, Heads of Departments, and faculty members of the first-year were also present. Through the introductory session, students were familiarized with the academic and administrative structure of the institution.

 Dr Nitin Bhole (Head of Department – Basic Sciences and Humanities) addressed the students by introducing the first-year curriculum, subjects, laboratories, and available facilities. He guided students to nurture curiosity, build strong foundational knowledge, face challenges with confidence, and develop both cooperative and competitive approaches to learning.

Following this, the Principal,  Dr.  Vijaykumar Patil, extended his congratulations to the students for joining the prestigious Godavari College of Engineering. In his inspiring address, he highlighted the importance of physical and mental health, academic excellence, overall personality development, coding skills, research mindset, and the significance of all branches of engineering. He also shared details about the college’s advanced facilities, well-equipped library, research and innovation laboratories, and sports amenities, motivating the students to begin their academic journey with zeal and confidence.

The Chief Guest, Prof. Jacinth Dhaya, encouraged the students by emphasizing the values of hard work, dedication, innovative thinking, and a never-give-up attitude. She inspired students by narrating an anecdote from the life of Albert Einstein, urging them to cultivate creativity and innovation.

Similarly, Prof. Ashwini Vaidya motivated the students by stressing the importance of setting goals and objectives, qualities of a good engineer, and the responsibilities towards society. She appealed to them to believe in their potential and strive for continuous progress.

At the end of the morning session, students expressed their experiences and shared enthusiastic feedback. The session concluded with a vote of thanks.

In the afternoon,  Dr Vijaykumar  Wankhede (Training and Placement Officer) interacted with the students and delivered a session on placement guidance. He explained the importance of strong academics, discipline, and skill development in securing good job opportunities. He also advised students to understand the changing demands of the industry and remain continuously updated.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks. The induction program was successfully organized by the Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for the newly admitted students.  Prof Pankaj Patil and  Prof.  Khushali Beldar served as the coordinator for the event, overseeing all arrangements and ensuring the program's success, alongside with them First year faculty were with them during the induction program.The anchoring duties were excellently handled by Second year computer engineering student  Ms Nayan Lalwani and Prof. Khushali Beldar, who kept the program engaging and well-structured throughout the sessions.

Thus, the first day of the Induction Program concluded successfully, providing the new students with a confident and positive beginning to their academic journey
