EVENT FORMAT & LOGISTICS
Participants are required to complete check-in at least two hours before the event begins.Outstation participants may arrive one day prior, with prior approval from the organizing committee. Meals and accommodation will be provided free of cost by GF’s GCOE, Jalgaon.The hackathon will follow a structured timeline, including mentorship, coding sessions, and final presentations.
1. All par ticipants must complete registration through Google form link before the
deadline.
2. A team must consist of a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) members, all of
whom should be enrolled in a B.Tech program.
3. Changes to team members are not permitted after registration.
4. A student can be par t of only one team for the hackathon.
5. Projects must strictly align with the provided themes or problem statements.
6. Teams will be shor tlisted based on submitted profiles and an idea abstract for screening
only.
7. Par ticipants must ensure that their submission does not violate the intellectual proper ty rights of any third par ty—including copyrights, patents, trademarks, or privacy laws.
8. Exter nal suppor t for conceptualisation, design, and execution is not allowed and will lead to disqualification.
9. Plagiarism or use of pre-built projects not created during the hackathon will result in disqualification.
10. Each team must present their project to the judging panel as per the given guidelines.
11. Judge's and organizer's decisions regarding evaluation, rules, and outcomes are final and binding.
JUDGING CRITERIA
1. Creativity & Novelty: Assesses originality and innovative problem-solving.
2. Technical Quality: Evaluates code standards, system design, and technology usage.
3. Relevance & Impact: Measures real-world applicability and potential impact.
4. Performance & Viability: Reviews functionality, scalability, and feasibility.
5. Presentation & Teamwork: Assesses clarity of presentation and team coordination.
